The beautiful nature that the architect wanted to bring inside this house, which is located in southern parts of Netherland in a town called Breda, is really splendid. The architect Grosfeld Van der Velde Architects named the home with House KyD. It’s a truly wonderful modern building which nested among the trees of Teteringen forest. The square shape makes it definite that it’s a modern home design designated to enjoy the environment through its large windows especially when you’re in the corridors.
Between the ground floor and part of the square which is elevated an interior courtyard was built. Living area at this building is placed in the highest part and the kitchen is on the ground and the bedrooms are lifted by pylons to make the sleepers have a great view of the forest. The best part of this house is probably from the interior courtyard and the huge windows with artistic look that offers a nice cut out of the forest panorama.
The modern home facade is made with stained wood cladding which is placed vertically. Tall ceilings are used to emphasize the spacious feeling. Along with the house it come with a nice sliding doors which is ready to be open to let the sunshine and fresh air in, and with a cup of hot tea and jazz music it will make it even more adorable.
